Microsoft and BEAT sponsors a Business Intelligence road show in Amman Jordan.

Improving decision-making and creating better insight into the functioning of a complex organization is a number one concern of executives. Business Intelligence is consistently rated at the top spot on many IT strategy surveys.

Microsoft, alongside with its Gold certified partner in the business intelligence expertise, BEAT, sponsored a one-day business intelligence instructor-led seminar to showcase the new technologies behind the latest product release of Microsoft business intelligence.

The event’s aim was to educate the audience – who came from the private and public sectors of Jordan- about Microsoft’s approach to performance management and business intelligence. It showed in a proactive way how business intelligence can be used in common business scenarios through various concentrated demonstrations on the newest enterprise-level functionalities of SQL Server 2008 R2 and office system 2010 focusing on SharePoint 2010 and its Performance Point Services, and Power Pivot.

"We are thrilled to have BEAT sponsor this event as one of the key players of Business Intelligence in Jordan and the Middle East. This event aims to highlight how our local partners can use Microsoft technologies to lead the way in Business Intelligence and help their customers around the region enhance business performance through improving IT capabilities, optimizing productivity and reducing costs."
