I just installed Media Gallery 1.75 in DNN4. I set up a new gallery and a few new categories, I tried to add an image to the gallery and got the following error... A critical error has occurred. StartIndex cannot be less than zero. Parameter name: startIndex Any ideas?

This is a known bug that sometimes occurs with Firefox... Give IE a try and let me know if that works... Thanks, Russel

Hi, I was just about to put in the same problem. I am using IE however. I get the following message when I try and upload images. It was working for me. I have already uploaded about a dozen images. "A critical error has occurred. StartIndex cannot be less than zero. Parameter name: startIndex"

I should add that this is also a new install (a week ago) of Media Gallery 1.75 to DNN4.

What version of IE??? I've never seen this problem with IE. Can you email me directly at rstieb at orizonti.com? I'd like to take a look at the site. Thanks, Russel

I was having the same problem in Firefox 1.5.0.1 then switched to IE6 sp2 as suggested and it works fine now. Thanks!
