Hi, Not sure how to get the remove button to show? I've looked through all the settings and can't find anything? What do I have to do to resolve this? Regards Jacques

Are you talking about the remove link in the url or in the control??? The button in the control is only visible if someone has clicked the url included in an email...

I clicked the url included in an email butI don't see a remove link in the control and the email address isn't auto unsubscribed. Here is the format of the URL http://mysite.com/devel?tabid=1265&Email=test@aol.com Thanks
