even if "Your Message(s) Have Been Sent." notification appears, no e-mails are sent. and standard Newsletter module works fine.

DNN version 3.2.0
O-newsletter version 1.1

and,
choosing synchronuos sending action ->
"DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: ? ---> System.MissingMethodException: ? at Orizonti.Newsletter.SendBulkEMail.Send() at Orizonti.Newsletter.sendNewsletter.btnSend_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---"

The Newsletter module has not been tested with 3.2 yet... I'll try to take a look this weekend and see what the problem is...

I am running 3.1.1.

Sometimes email go out and other times they don't.

I must have hit mail button a dozen times last night and didn't receive either an error or an email....

This morning I tried it once more before composing this response. The email to a server on the same email server (different domain) recieved the email and the email on another system entirely didn't ... ?????

Looked in the longs. Nothing.

Hi I am running a new DNN 3.2.2 portal.
I can send system newsletters from the Admin menu, but no email received from the Orizonti Newsletter module.

My portal simply uses Localhost as the SMTP server with no Username or password.
That's been my standard set-up for 18 months on DNN2.1.2.

Any suggestions for a solution?

Dave,

I have a known issue with DNN3.2.2. The core send methods changed and I haven't had a chance to dig in and fix the issue yet.

Any ETA on looking at this/getting it fixed? I've been holding off my client and they are starting to wonder when I will get their newsletter functionality up and running.

Hi there,

I've got some trouble when I try to send a newsletter with your module.
I'm running on DNN 4.0.2 and the installation of Newsletter 1.2 cause no trouble.

The problem is that when I send a newsletter, no suscribers of this module can receive the mail. I just receive on my host mail this king of mail:
"Bulk Email Operation Started: 13/03/2006 14:25:06 Email Recipients: 5 Email Messages: 5 Bulk Email Operation Completed: 13/03/2006 14:25:06"
But no message in the subscriber's mail account...

If someone has resolve this problem it would be great to tell me

Make sure your host and admin accounts have valid email addresses... Also, check your Host SMTP setting and make sure they're configured properly and you can run the SMTP test from within DNN..

I've checked all the point that you mention but the settings are OK. I can send mails with the DNN newsletter core module... And the SMTP test is ok.

But I still cannot receive e-mails with the Orizonti Newsletter. When I click on the "send message" link, all seems to work correctly but no mails received.

Pehraps this is because of the version 4.0.2 of DNN ?
